G4-9 Maths Competition | Congrats to Two Winning Teams from AIS
The STEMzone was transformed into a stage for a five-round Maths competition over the weekend. Students from Grades 4 to 9 participated with students from three other Belgian schools. Congratulations to the winning teams! They are Team Germain (Level 1/G4-5) and Team Ramanujan (Level 3/G8-9) from AIS. Team Galois from the British Junior Academy of Brussels was the other winning team (Level 2/G6-7).
2023 MATHS COMPETITION
There were five rounds including Mental Maths, Multiple Choice, Word Problems, Rapid Fire and Open Ended, Real Life Scenario questions. When students were not competing, they played table games in the Bistro to stay sharp. The students were divided into three levels:
- Level 1: Grades 4 and 5
- Level 2: Grades 6 and 7
- Level 3: Grades 8 and 9
