Congrats to Duke of Edinburgh International Gold Award Winner

Congratulations to Harshvi, Grade 12! She has been awarded the Duke of Edinburgh International Gold Award. This means Harshvi has completed: 52 weeks of physical recreation; 52 weeks of improving her piano playing skills; 52 weeks of providing tutoring service; a Residential Project, where she volunteered at an NGO for patients with Parkinson’s disease. All this, as well as completing her practice Adventurous Journey in Belgium/Luxembourg and her qualifying Adventurous Journey when she did a four day walking expedition through the mountains of the English Lake District. There, she encountered arduous weather conditions, with high winds, mist and heavy rain. She will receive her award certificate at the next Award Ceremony.
