DP Students’ Acceptance into Top Ranked U.S. Universities 22% Higher than Rest

At Antwerp International School we offer the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme. Colleges and universities appreciate the rigour of the IBDP, especially in Higher Level subjects and it shows. 

The two-year Diploma Programme is well known for providing excellent preparation for college level coursework and for offering a demanding academic syllabus. According to a Crimson Education resource, DP students are admitted into the top 25 universities in the United States at a higher level than the rest of the applicants. 

The International Insight Research Group in partnership with the International Baccalaureate Organisation conducted a survey of more than 4000 students. It shows an IB education boosts chances of admission.

• The DP student acceptance rate is 22% higher for top-ranked universities outside of the Ivy League
