G5 VIDEO | STUDENTS CREATE ‘MIGRATION MUSEUM’

Grade 5 students worked hard to put together a Migration Museum in their classrooms earlier this year.

Students researched why some people might move away from their countries of origin. The goal of the assignment was to get students to empathise and connect their own stories with others to understand some people might not always migrate for opportunity. After their projects were completed, students set up the Migration Museum in their classrooms.
